President Commissioner :

George S. Tahija

An Indonesian national, Mr. George Tahija is the President Commissioner of PT ANJ Agri Indonesia since 2000. He is also the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of PT ANJ Group and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the ANJ Group. He holds an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia, USA.

Mr. Tahija contributes to the educational, economic, environmental, and social development in Indonesia through this participation in various organizations including: The Plenary Committee of the Trisakti University Foundation, the Advisory Board of the Nature Conservancy (TNC) Indonesia Chapter and is a member of the Council's Board of Trustee of Asia Business Council (ABC).

Commisioners :

1. Anastasius Wahyuhadi

An Indonesian national, Mr. Wahyuhadi was appointed commissioner in ANJ Agri. He is also a commissioner of ANJ Group since January 2006. Previously, he was Corporate Services Director of ANJ Group from 1997 to 2005. He has broad experience in corporate administration and has served as director and commissioner of many companies in Indonesia including PT Rothmans Pall Mall Indonesia.

Mr. Wahyuhadi holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Satyawacana University in Indonesia. Mr. Wahyuhadi is active in philantrophic activities and currently is the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Tahija Foundation.

2. Istini Siddharta

An Indonesian national, Ms. Istini Tatiek Siddharta is a commissioner in PT ANJ Agri. In addition, she is also appointed as Finance Director of ANJ Group since 2001. Previously Ms. Siddharta was a Partner of Siddharta Siddharta & Harsono, a member firm of KPMG. She holds an MBA degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management, UCLA, USA and a University degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia.

Ms. Siddharta is an active member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Consultative Board of Financial Accounting Standards of the Institute of Indonesian Accountants.
