1. Chief Executive Officer : Koh Beng Hock

Bpk Koh Beng Hock was appointed as President Director and Chief Executive Officer of ANJ Agri on 9th November 2005. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operation since October 2002 and Head of Engineering from 2001. He had also served PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agri as Consultant since June 2000 until November 2001. Bpk Koh was also appointed as Group COO of ANJ Group since 1st September 2007. He has over 36 years experience in the Palm-Oil Industry in Malaysia and Indonesia. He was Engineering Director at Anglo Eastern Plantation Pte. Ltd. United Kingdom from October 1997 - October 1998, Senior Production Controller at PT SMART Tbk. from January 1988 - September 1997 and 10 years with Malaysia's largest private plantation company, Sime Darby Berhad.

Bpk Koh holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from University of Technology Malaysia, a First Grade Steam Engineer's Certificate of Competency, Malaysia, A System Analysis & Design Certificate from NCC, Manchester, United Kingdom. In addition, he has attended INSEAD Asian Executive Program, Singapore.

2. Business Development Director in ANJ Agri Papua : Ho Chew An

A Malaysian national, Mr. Ho Chew An is the Director for New Businesses and Papua project at ANJ Agri. He has served as our General Manager of Business Development since February 2005. Mr. Ho has over 30 years. experience in the palm oil industry in Malaysia and Indonesia. Prior to joining us in February 2005, Mr. Ho was the Project Manager of PT Green Jaya Cocoa Plantation from 1993 to 1994, Plantation Manager of PT Surya Dumai Group, Riau from 1995 to 1997, Regional Manager of PT Ukindo, Indonesia from 1997 to 1999, and General Manager of PT Singaland Asetama, Banjarmasin from 2001 to 2003.

In 1985, Mr. Ho obtained an AISP Diploma from the Incorporated Society of Planters. He also attended the Finance for Senior Executives course organized by the Asian Institute of Management in October 2007 and, in 1999, he was awarded a Certificate for completion of the Plantation Management Course from MIM, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

3. Estate Director : Aloysius D'Cruz

A Malaysian national, Mr. Aloysius D’Cruz has been appointed as Estate Director of ANJ Agri since April 2011. Previously, he held the position of Joint President at Birla Lao Pulp and Plantations Co. Ltd in Laos since 2008. Mr. D’Cruz has had extensive experience in the Palm Oil industry when he worked with Sime Darby Plantations from 1985 – 2003, the latest position held as Operation Manager.

Mr. Aloysius D’Cruz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Allahabad University, India.

4. Chief Financial Officer : Nopri Pitoy

An Indonesian national, Ms. Pitoy is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance of PT ANJ Agri. She holds various positions and titles in the Accounting and Finance department of PT ANJ Agri since 2001. Previously Ms. Pitoy was the Financial Controller of PT Ukindo in Medan. She started her career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers in Jakarta.

Ms. Pitoy holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree with majors in Accounting and Information System from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

5. Human Resources Director : Sebastianus Yeo

An Indonesian national, Mr. Sebastianus Yeo has been appointed as Human Resources Director of ANJ Agri since September 2011. Prior to joining ANJ Agri, Mr. Yeo served in some Indonesia top enterprises like PT Panarub Industry as HR Director (2008-2011), Asia Pulp & Paper Corporation as Head of HRD (1994-2008) and PT Astra International Corporation as Branch Manager (1989-1992).

Mr. Yeo graduated from Atmajaya University, Indonesia in 1988 with Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering. From 1992 to 1994, he studied Mandarin Language at National Taiwan Normal University at Taipei, Taiwan. He also is a speaker of various training program such as Presentation Technique, Communication Skill, Total Quality Management, Problem Analysis Workshop, etc.
